To fit a lot in a small space, we had to conceptually determine the ideal balance of scale and design features. After all, it's not the size that matters but the impact.

​With a stringent budget we determined the key focal points to achieve the best design outcome for our clients. The black battens we're introduced to compliment the large ceiling space, open two zones into one and create a portal upon entry.

Initially the concept design featured a Titanium Granite Reception counter but after viewing various coloured stone options the client adored the Sky Blue Quartzite from Finestone. This stone beautifully references the beachside location whilst complimenting the branded blue of Burleigh Letting Co.

​The new space is thoughtfully considered, bringing a luxe, open feel to a previously closed off, solitary, worn Office space.
